Refund Policy

Our guarantee

BuyWise offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan — Plus monthly, Annual and Lifetime. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support channel in the app and we will help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Plans screen in the app or through the billing portal. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will arrange a refund of that renewal.
